  This morning I visted the Customer Service Department and I must comment that it was a refreshing and delightful experience. Dorothy was very pleasant and courteous. She paged the manager and he arrived promptly to assist. With Customer Service in a type of freefall overall, I was really impressed with their service. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and my issue was totally resolved in a professional and pleasant manner. Thanks Again!

  Terrible customer service. We accidently left a cell phone at the store and called 6 times with no answer. Went to the store and the customer service people were not very willing to even look in lost in found. Waited in line forever for one item. They didn't even have what I needed. Will not be back. Not surprised store is bankrupt with this level of service. I will be shopping on Amazon from now on.
